Due to demand – Inverness Foodstuff Recipe Book has now been reprinted!

We are delighted to announce that now have more copies of our Recipe Book available for purchase. The Recipe Book was published in November 2019 and our hope that they would make great Christmas gifts was born out by the fact that by New Year we had sold all the print-run!  And – as well as giving enjoyment to cooks- the sales have contributed £400 to Inverness Foodstuff – a fantastic outcome.

We had very positive feedback on the recipes – all of which are donated by our volunteers. The selection covers the whole gamut of dishes from starters to puddings, cakes and sauces – and all are well tried and tested. Some have been passed down through families and become staples around their tables – others reflect the wider range of cuisines we now enjoy.
There certainly is something for everyone!

Once again, a big thank you goes out to all those who contributed recipes – but in particular to the small team who undertook the project.
